Pineapple Strawberry Smoothie

If you enjoy pineapple, you’re going to like this refreshing smoothie recipe.


–        ¾ cup of pineapple juice

–        ¾ cup of skim milk

–        1 cup fresh strawberries

–        4 oz vanilla yogurt

–        ½ cup ice cubes

–        2 tbsp sugar


Combine all the ingredients in a blender and blend on medium, increasing gradually to high speed, for about 30 seconds or until the mixture is smooth and creamy. Pour into a tall drinking glass and enjoy your tasty creation.

For more variations, try using Greek yogurt for added thickness, or actual pineapple chunks in addition to the pineapple juice.
